Legal right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have 15 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of return costs.  

Satisfaction Guarantee Mode en Main

In addition to your legal right of withdrawal, Mode en Main offers you an additional 15-day satisfaction guarantee . You can therefore return your item within 30 days of receipt, for any reason.

Return Policy

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw in a clear and unequivocal manner by:

You must then return the product to us in its original packaging, intact and accompanied by all possible accessories, within 5 days of communicating your decision to withdraw.

Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a product that does not comply with the order or has a defect.

Refund

We will refund the amounts paid, with the exception of delivery costs, within 30 days of receipt of the returned product. The refund will be made by the same means of payment as that used when ordering. 

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products:

• Having been unsealed and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
• Having been customized at the customer's request.

Legal guarantee of conformity

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, which allows you to request the repair or replacement of the product, or a refund, if it presents a lack of conformity.
